The most important phase of any AI project. We define exactly what gets built, what data is required, what the prototype does, and what success looks like — before a line of code is written.

Prototype Build

Time-boxed builds on agreed scope. All prototypes are built to test the model — not to be the final product. The prototype tells you whether to invest in the full build.
